Some known music familiarities from the era are Pachelbel’s Canon and Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons. Notice how the Sistine Chapel is a long narrow building. In this author's opinion Scarlatti is not in the same league as the two masters in terms of artistic breadth, depth and enduring impact and influence. I need to find “simple baroque” music from Vivaldi and Bach for my 4 year old daughter. Equally lavish are the garden designs of André Le Nôtre.
